There will be a series of 6 coaching sessions, 2 hours long, starting on October 9th, exclusively for Yare members.

David Wynne, (ARA Bronze coaching award, UKCC Level 2 in Coaching Indoor Rowing, UKCC Level 2 in Strength and Conditioning and Yare Boat Club member) will run the course over 6 Saturday afternoons and it is initially aimed at ‘improver’ level, i.e fairly confident but feeling in need of technical advice.

There are places in the first course for up to 8 participants at a cost of £18 per person.

Yes, that’s £3 for 2 hours of expert coaching!

Expected dates are 9/10, 16/10, 6/11, 13/11, 27/11 and 4/12
